Cooperation between the company PAPCEL and the project office Erma Elan Engineering, Prague

Since 2010 the company PAPCEL has been closely cooperating with the Czech-Swiss company Erma Elan Engineering, Prague, on many projects. The company Erma Elan is a supplier of projecting and technical documentation providing the customers of PAPCEL its consulting services in the sphere of investment plans. Currently, we are jointly preparing projects particularly for customers of Russia, Turkey and Belarus. Thanks to this collaboration the company PAPCEL is ready to provide its customers with complex key-ready solutions. In many cases it is not only delivery of technical services but also financial consultancy in the sphere of business plans for investments to be realised incl. complex consultancies orientated on credits to be provided for the given project.
