Belarus has recently become an important market for the PAPCEL products. One of big Belarusian projects is the project „Белорусские обои“. The financial volume of the project is approximately 10,831,000 EUR.
The project subject is the completion and modernization of a current paper machine. A stock preparation line and other new machinery produced in Litovel also form the delivery. The interesting fact is that it is a second project in this region in a short time. The current stage of the project is that complicated negotiations are taking place regarding the approval of the project documentation provided by the company Erma-Elan Engineering. The construction and project works are running at the same time so that the whole job is delivered as previously agreed. The anticipated date for the full performance start-up, i.e. end of the project, is supposed to be the second half of 2012.
