One of the most important Egyptian companies which PAPCEL, a.s. realizes the orders for is Important contracts with ETAP FOR PAPER & BOARD the production facilities of which are located in Alexandria. In the course of the last five years the PAPCEL company delivered to this paper mill equipment both for the stock preparation plant and for the constant part and the paper machine.
The first concluded contract can be found as early as in 2004. A contract on delivery of a disc deflaker D-10-D3 was signed then. Already two years later it was followed by a delivery of jets and a felt and wire regulator and since 2008 a pressure screen STU-081, shaker and gearbox can be found in the paper mill, all made by PAPCEL of course.
A time of major contracts came in 2009. The subject of the first contract is the delivery of machinery for the stock preparation plant and constant part of the paper machine, especially the LD-cleaner opened SVO-25 (4 pcs), LD-cleaner closed SVU-25-MK and reverse cleaner VTV-15 (2 pcs). All this equipment will be started-up in December 2009.
A reconstruction of the paper machine is planned in the same term, in this case PAPCEL supplies ETAP with parts for the reconstruction of wire and press parts including a complete exchange of gearboxes for the whole machine. The reconstruction consists in completion of the guiding roll of the wire part, completion of the pick up roll and top felt guiding for the 1st press including a new top roll of the 1st press. The deliveries also involve a necessary completion of the hydraulic and pneumatic systems for the new delivered parts. The reconstructed paper machine will be started-up in December 2009.
All the above-mentioned realized orders are revealing the fact that the ETAP company is an important business partner for the PAPCEL company.
