Reconstruction of production line Nikol Pack, Učaly

At the end of the year 2010 the paper mill Nikol-Pack Učaly produced the first paper on a newly modernised production line. It happened almost after a three-month production break that was filled with disassemblies, installations, tests and putting new equipment into operation. This action influenced the entire production line, as from storage of waste paper up to storage of final products. As for old stock preparation equipment, there were only several items remaining in the stage of waste paper pulping and on the machine itself it was the drying part frame with its drying rolls and the original Jumbo press (supplied by PAPCEL in 2004). Newly we supplied most of stock preparation parts for waste paper processing, complete preparation stage of the top layer, new approach system parts for two-size sizing and most of PM parts, incl. new under-pressure system, heat recovery, hood and recuperation, system of broke and, last but not least, also complete control system and power distribution elements. In 2011, upon the customer’s request, we put into operation only a primary part of the entire line, i.e. the stock preparation without its wood pulp stage, the paper machine without its top wire and the size press. In 2011 preparatory works for commissioning of the PM top wire and its size press incl. boiler and working station followed. The entire line underwent the guarantee tests in November 2011.
