Hydraulic headbox runs without any air cushion and while running it is fully filled with the paper stock, here being prepared to be led afterwards in a uniform layer with required speed to the PM wire part. Hydraulic headbox comprises some components similar as a classical highpressure closed headbox; the main difference consists in an inbuilt block with a staged diffuser and in installation of a pulsation damper before its input part.

Breast table is a weldment made of material 1.4404. It is fixed to beams on stands enabling its height adjustment againts the breast roll in a range of 0 - 80 mm.

Are designed for wire and felt run regulation of paper machines or for contingent regulation of other endless belts. The regulation itself consists of a pneumatically controlled sensor with a vane and of a pneumatic circuit.

High-pressure oscillating shower tube VOT with electromechanical oscillation is used for high-pressure cleaning of wires and felts in paper machines by clear water under pressure of 1,0 to 5 MPa.

Dandy roll is intended for installation in PM wire parts. It is designed for improvement of surface quality especially of printing papers. Usually is installed between suction boxes.

Rolls are dynamically balanced for required constructional speed. For long and thin rolls we provide a recently developed method of dynamic balancing in more levels. Rolls, operating as pressure vessels (with internal overpressure), are designed and tested in accordance with EU standards. If required, TÜV certificate is available.

Stretching devices EDS, PDS are intended for stretching of felts in press part and drying wire in PM drying part. As for induced forces for stretching the equipment can be delivered with pneumatic or electric control.

Doctors are used for cleaning of rolls and cylinders in paper machines. They are usually supplied with blade holders BONETTI, designed for blades 75 mm wide. The blades widths are not apply to holders intended for creping doctors of drying and glazing cylinders where there are holders installed with special design for more frequent replacements of blades.

Size press is designed as two rolls press with hydraulic or pneumatic down pressure system. Its press rolls are arranged horizontally where a movable press roll (the first one in paper web run direction) is installed lower than the stationary one.

Hydraulic reels with a carrying roll, type POPE, are intended for paper web reeling. The paper web is reeled up at constant speed on a roll - reel spool. The reel spool revolutions depend on down pressure induced by the carrying roll which is driven either by a geared electric motor or by PM transmission.
