Design
The winding part of the machine consists of two rolls, each of these carrying rolls has its separate drive. A hydraulically controlled ejector of the reeled up rolls is installed in the first carrying roll bearing as seen in the paper web run direction. The tilting table bearing is attached to the second roll in the same way. Both rolls are dynamically balanced according to the required winding speed. Surfaces of both rolls are plasma-sprayed. Both carrying rolls are driven by AC variable-speed motors. The paper reel is laterally guided by mandrels that are pneumatically lifted or dropped down. They are retractable hydraulically or pneumatically. Every paper reel, while being reeled up, is pressed down from top by a rider roller, its down-pressure is controlled according to diameters of the paper reel while being reeled up. In the top possition the reel is locked.
A slitting section of this machine is arranged according to required width of strips to be slit, max. operating speed and type and width of the paper web. It is controlled pneumatically or electropneumatically on principles of so-called shears cutting with a tangential cut or a cut with embracement on the cutting roll. Before and also after the slitting section the machine is equipped with spreader rolls used for correct paper web guiding and cross stretching in the input part just before slitting and while coming to carrying rolls. These spreader rolls are installed on feeders for optimal adjustment of the paper web run. This slitting section comprises also a device for direct measuring of the paper web tension located on the guide roll with its constant embracement by means of which the required drawing force of the reel can be controlled. In the slitting section there is also equipment for dust exhaustion intended for significant reduction of impurities on the paper surface.
The paper web threading system serves for paper web transfer from unreeling stand through transfer, spreader and guide rolls, the slitting section and its spreader roll up to the space between carrying rolls of the rewinder. It comprises V-belt conveyors, chutes, air nozzles and vacuum system with suction of the paper web onto the first carrying roll of the rewinder.
The unwinder is arranged as a twin frame with two stands on which reel spool bearings with locking levers and an ejector of empty reels spools, combined with hydraulic dampers on ends of unloading arms, are installed. Its own brake for unwinding is coupled with an AC generator motor or with a pneumatic disc brake with air or water cooling. A clutch installed between the brake and the reel spool is equipped with a splined shaft on which the own coupling part is pneumatically displaceable according to the reel spool carrier. The entire unwinding stand is equipped with cross and longitudinal shifting mechanisms for correct adjustment of the paper web run while entering the machine.
Machine can also be delivered with complete electric installation incl. control, automatic paper web threading system, equipment for dust exhaustion from paper web surface, equipment for suction of trimmings in the slitting section and reel spools. Besides production of new machines the company offers also complete overhauls and reconstructions of rewinders and their parts.
Design and work safety are in compliance with EU standards.
