Company produces rolls for paper industry and also for other industrial branches with following parameters: - max. roll diameter: 1.550 mm
- max. overall length: 8.000 mm
- max. linear pressure: 350 kN/m
Standard rolls are dynamically balanced for required design PM speed. For long and thin rolls we use a recently developed method of dynamic balancing of rolls in more levels. Rolls, operating as pressure vessels (with internal overpressure), are designed and tested in accordance with applicable EU standards. If required, these rolls are delivered with corresponding certificates.

Machine design and work safety are in compliance with EU standards.
Rolls can be delivered with following coatings and blankets
- rubber or polyurethane blanket, teflon blanket, copper plating, ceramic blanket, hard chrome plating or high-grade steel coating - stainless steel, type 13 % Cr, chrome-nickel steel, chrome-nickel-molybdenum steel, tungsten-carbide etc. according to special requirements
- we provide rolls with particular coating and blankets as blind-bored, grooved or with combined surfaces
Special roll surfaces can be provided also through subdeliveries by reputable and specialized roll manufacturers within the frame of delivery and based upon previous agreement with the customer.
Service
For all here mentioned rolls (made both by PAPCEL or other manufacturers) we provide repairs, overhauls and replacements of roll necks and also coating of necks, grinding of rolls surfaces and also new blankets.
The service is offered completely, i.e. from dismantling of the roll out of the machine, through its own overhaul to its reassembly. For all rolls can be delivered also the bearings for grease or oil lubrication.
