Closed cleaners VU, SVU, HL, SHL, SVS

Product description

Closed cleaners VU, SVU, SHL, SVS belong to a family of centrifugal cleaners working with a free whirl and removal of cleaned impurities into the collecting box. They are used especially for separation of specifically heavy impurities from paper stock. These cleaners differ from each other in design, size and throughput. They are reliable while separating coarse (SVS), medium-size (SHL) and also very fine impurities (SVU). These cleaners run mostly independently.

Design

According to the collecting box type we can differentiate the way of discharging, i.e. manual (MK) or (M) or automatic (A). Moreover, cleaners modular system provides a simple conversion of particular types. Through the exchange of the collecting box by a reject nozzle it is possible to change the closed type to opened one.

Material

Materials used for VU, SVU cleaners are based on standard combination "stainless steel-ceramics-plastics". SHL cleaners are manufactured in material combination "stainless steel-plastics", SVS cleaners are fully stainless. Material used for the collecting box, modification M and MK, is grey cast iron, for modification A stainless steel AISI 321 or AISI 316 Ti.

High-density cleaner SVS

These cleaner can be used for primary separation of the biggest heavy impurities in heavy impure waste paper processing lines. It quite reliably removes  heavy impurities even from very coarsely pulped thick stocks whereby it accepts also significant variations of input parameters. At the same time the cleaner protects the following equipment against damage caused by larger impurities. Further main advantage is a very low energy demand presented by a very low pressure loss and a possibility of operation up to 4,5 % density of the cleaned stock. Diameter of reject nozzle is 100 mm.

High-density cleaner SHL

Cleaner HL allows efficient and economic separation of heavy impurities both from thick and thin paper stocks. It is intended particularly for inlet sections of waste paper fine cleaning lines or for inlet sections of refining lines, where they are working as protection of all following equipment against penetration of hard abrasive impurities. The main advantage is its high reliability in service, low energy consumption and its possibility to be operated up to 4,5 % density of cleaned stock. Diameter of reject nozzle is 55 mm.

Low-density cleaner VU, SVU

Cleaner VU is used for highly efficient fine separation of specifically heavy, sticky and conic impurities from thin stocks, particularly in multi-stage station of bigger cleaners as the end part for final cleaning of rejects in PM constant part, in pulp mills and in waste paper processing lines. Moreover, it reliably removes sand and contingent larger impurities. Cleaner provides the possibility to be operated up to 2 % density of cleaned stock. Diameter of reject nozzle is 30 mm.

Machine design and work safety are in compliance with EU standards.
