Product description
Washing separator VSV is designed for deflaking, final screening and washing of rejects coming from primary cleaners in waste paper processing lines. It runs periodically in programmable modes comprising following operations: irrigation, stock processing, deflaking, washing and reject discharge. It is not necessary to separate the washed reject, it is only thickened - e.g. in the vibrating screen VP-2-19.
Design
Washing separator VSV is standardly equipped with screen PAPSCREEN - patented by PAPCEL and delivered with bores of diameters of 1.8, 2.2 and 2.5 mm. Separators are based on similar design conception and particular types differ from each other in size of functional elements. Their following types complete an integrated family:
- VSV-10 - functional elements with diameter of 400 mm
- VSV-20 - functional elements with diameter of 500 mm
- VSV-30 - functional elements with diameter of 600 mm

Accessories
- pneumatic gate valves SP-DN1; -DN2; -DN3; -DN4 with pneumatic flap of wash water. Gate valves are controlled in programmable timing cycle.
