Completion of SH PM with New Pressure Headbox

Thanks to good cooperation with our subsidiary PAPCEL Used Machinery in Prague in the last four years we managed to sell several complete second-hand paper machines to Kazakhstan. One of them was a PM delivery to the paper mill TOO Karina for production of hygienic and toilet papers (tissue) repurchased from Minori in Italy to Almaty. PM capacity is 20 - 35 tpd with operating speed 350 m/min. PAPCEL provided complete overhaul and modernization consisting in increased operating speed and qualities of the product. This machine was completed with a new stock preparation line. The machine commissioning in 2004 was carried out within a very short time. The disassembly in Italy started in December 2003 and the machine was started-up in Kazakhstan in September 2004.
In 2006 the customer decided for its modernization aimed particularly at  increase of the PM operating speed to 500 m/min. On this account we delivered a new pressure headbox (see photo), rebuilt the PM press part and delivered a new mechanical part of the PM drive. The pressure headbox was shipped to the customer in July 2006.
