Product description

Line for pulping, coarse screening, fine and slotted screening incl. guarantees of fibre loss and volume of rejects from entire processing line.

Company provided:

  • technology and delivery equipment for both line sections: horizontal pulper HV-45 with accessories (pulper screen PSN-30, dewatering drum OBN-10); stations of cleaners; deflaking separators VDT, pressure screens STU, deflaker
  • M&R instrumentation
  • control system

Guarantee tests: May 2002.

The first time to complete such a large line in Eastern Europe, still existing up to fine screening section, capacity 450 tpd (after reconstruction in 2004).
