Product description
The contract on SPL modernization was signed in October 2002. Reconstruction of SPL was performed simultaneously with reconstruction of the paper machine.
The work included the complete modification of the pulping section: installation of a new capacity type of vertical pulper VV-56 with a complete system forcleaning of its chest: pulper screen PSN-30, rejects dewatering drum OBN-10, heavy rejects separator OTN-56, spinning impurities ragger SN-10 with a spinning impurities cutter DZS.
Also the following machines for the coarse and fine screening of paper stock were supplied: for coarse screening: washing separator VSV-30, screen VS-25-A; for fine screening: pressure screens STU-080 and -201 and a station of open cleaners VO. For thickening and refining the stock, dewatering machines OK and refiners were installed.
