The ragger was equipped with a new additional equipment  - sleaves cutting device. The cutter is designed for mechanical cutting of sleaves pulled out from tanks of vertical pulpers while pulping waste paper. Such sleaves contain spinning impurities such as thin wires, cords, foils etc.
