Product description

This delivery includes: pulp refining line, PM constant part and own paper machine. Entire technology (stock preparation, constant part and paper machine) controlled through central control system. PM drying part completed with creping equipment CLUPAK. Complete delivery of new machinery for new PM hall.

Parameter of the paper machine:

  • product: unbleached kraft wrapping paper, bag paper, paper with higher expansivity
  • raw material: unbleached kraft wood pulp
  • substance: 50 - 140 g/m2
  • PM performance: 36.000 t/year, i.e. Ph = 4.600 kg/h on reel at 70 g/m2
  • headbox width: 2.700 mm
  • wire width: 2.820 mm
  • paper web width on the reel: 2 500 mm
  • PM speeds: operating speed: min. 150 m/min.
  • operating speed: max. 450 m/min., design speed: 480 m/min.
