Machines for SPL (LCV, HRB, chests)

Already in 2007 the PAPCEL Co. delivered machinery for stock preparation plant to the Swiss company FCM Bell Engineering AG. However, in this case the Swiss customer was not a final destination, the delivery continued further to Finland to LTM Company Oy, operating in the field of roofing materials on the base of pulp and cement. Only this year the equipment has been installed and started-up in its Russian subsidiary OOO LTM Obninsk, located approx. 100 km to the south-east of Moscow.

The delivery comprised the machinery for stock preparation plant, which serves for pulping of bleached and unbleached pulp with capacity 2 - 3 ths. kg/h.
The installation included:

• vertical pulper LCV-14-P for pulping,
• two-piece conveyor horizontal (width 1.200 mm, length 4.500 mm), inclined (width 1.200 mm, length 12.000 mm, rake angle 24°) with tensometric furnish weighing,
• stock pump 150-HRB 330-32-3, serving for pulp pumping from the pulper into the evacuant chest (capacity 4.000 l/min),
• discharging chest type PC-30/3, capacity 30 m³,
• 2 pcs mixing chest type PC-50/4, capacity 50 m³.

All equipment belongs to the standard equipment of our company. The chests are equipped with a new type of horizontal agitators type HP, with 3 adjustable blades, attached on the shaft, and are driven by electric motor. Drive parts, comming in touch with stock, are made of high-grade steel. The assembly of machinery including welding of chest segments was carried out by the customer on-site in accordance with the technology and techniques, delivered by the PAPCEL Co.
This installation proves the usage possibilities of our type products in various industrial branches.
