Product description
Disassembly and assembly of the existing wire part and of new top wire part. Reconstruction of wire part with use of existing parts and SH parts of paper machine from Wiesloch (Germany).
Measurement and automatic regulation of vacuum for vacuum and suction boxes of the top wire part from SH Wiesloch, delivery of water separators. Using existing HP-water distribution, keeping vacuum system of the machine.
Aim of reconstruction: production growth, production of testliner, fluting, substance 105 - 200 g/m2, capacity 86 kt/y, max. operating speed of paper machine 800 m/min.

1. Adjustment and completion of bottom wire part
- to fit the new construction of top wire part
- cantilever bearer on the place of the new top headbox attachment moved by approx. 1.500 mm
- shortening of both main bearers of the wire part on the place under the top headbox, new flanges for attachment on the new headbox stand
- shift of the existing stand on the drive side under the main longitudinal bearer
- bearing construction under top headbox (cantilever design)
- modification of the white water tanks (replacement of the white water tanks and chute modification of the breast roll doctor in the front part of PM 2 press part)
2. Replacement of the closed press headbox for the top wire part
- modification of media connection, pipeline completion to the knotter and the thick stock cleaners, existing headbox control
3. Modification of the top wire part
- the existing top wire part disassembled and replaced with a new cantilever construction using dewatering elements and guiding rolls from SH PM Wiesloch. The wire part shift by 2 160 mm. The cantilever bearers at the end on the drive side anchored into the hall construction, controled by means of hydraulic jacks. A complete delivery, incl. new tanks white water drain and attendance bridges.

4. Hydraulic system of the wire part
- connection of the hydraulic rolls for breast roll tilting on the existing distribution
5. Pneumatic system of the top wire part
- installation of the pressure air distribution on the machine and its connection on particular new consumption sites. A pneumatic drive delivery for control of new elements in the top wire part.
6. Wire part drive
- SH drive from Wiesloch for bottom as well as top wire part, concrete basement removed, new steel construction
