Modification of POPE reel, unwinding stand of rewinder EG 2500 and delivery of new reel spools for winding of paper rolls with diameter up to 2.200 mm and weight up to 8,5 ton.

Modification of POPE reel
Carrying roll with bearing, drive of reel and run-up system of reel spool unchanged. Delivery of new parts for modification of reel subgroups: tilting arms, pressure levers, bearer, brake, paper roll damping, modification of hydraulic oil distribution, modification of hand-railing and service bridge behind reel. Delivery of 10 pcs reel spools, size diameter 330 x 2.900 mm.
Modification of rewinder unwinding stand
Required due to larger sizes and higher weights of paper rolls: replacement of complete drive of unwinding stand, new drive of unwinder without gearbox, modification of centre-line height of unwinding stands and complete drive for unwinding system.
Delivery of new parts for modification of unwinding stands subgroups: drive, parking brake, driving shaft with bearing, shifting arms for paper roll ejection, ejector of empty reel spools, own stands, modification of central cooling system of electromotors, electric part of drive on unwinding stand.
Modification of rewinder unwinding stand
