Product description

This contract was signed on reconstruction of a second-hand paper machine (originally used for production of newsprint), which is first being displaced from Switzerland, and delivery of a new line for chemical pulp processing.

Reconstruction of second-hand paper machine

This overhauled paper machine produces printing papers with substances ranging from 40 to 120 g/m2 at operating speed of 800 m/min. Within the frame of this PM reconstruction the company PAPCEL supplied a complete final drying part behind the film press (diameter of drying cylinders 318 mm, length 3 450 mm) and three horizontal broke pulpers HB-20 (tank capacity 20 m3, pulper capacity 11,5 tph) to be installed under the paper machine.

New line for chemical pulp processing

Line capacity 250 tpd. This line completely consists of PAPCEL machinery.
