Rewinding and slitting part:
Operating trim width 2.650 mm, max. PM operating speed 1.500 m/min, minimum winding diameter 500 mm, for automatic ejection max. 1.500 mm, floating winding on cores 70 and 76 mm, min. core wall thickness 10 mm, max. length tolerance of particular cores ±0,5 mm, max. tolerance of diameters of particular cores ±0,4 mm. Slitting: number of slitting units (4), top slitting units with pneumatic down-pressure and bottom ones with AC drive.
Rolls diameters:
Carrying rolls (WC blanket) 500 mm; transfer roll (made of steel, ground) 315 mm; spreader roll (chrome plated) 160 mm; pressure roll (made of steel, ground) 300 mm; guide rolls (made of steel, ground) 200 mm. Rolls width 2900 mm.
Completion: main frame; carrying rolls with bearing; roll ejector; tilting table; shifting mechanism of pressure roll and mandrels; pressure roll with bearing; blockage of pressure roll; mandrels for cores (diameter 70 and 76 mm); measurement of paper roll diameter (visually); drive of carrying rolls (mechanical part).
