Delivery scope: disassembly of equipment, transport, chief assembly, assistance at start-up, pressure test of S- rolls, check of roll surface condition.
Overhaul work (equipment delivered without motors and gearboxes, the customer provided mechanical and electric parts of regulated drives).
Delivery of threading rope device and complementing equipment (rails, completion of piping between calender and hydroaggregate).
Parameters: four-roll soft-calender (two two-roll sections), substance: up to 160 g/m2, coating: 8 - 16 g/m2, operational paper web width: 1.600 - 2.200 mm, operational speed: up to 400 m/min.
