The company delivers:
technologic lines for processing of primary fibrous materials
- PULP
(pulping and refining lines for cyclic and continuous refining) - WOOD PULP
(screening lines, incl. low-consistency refining of rejects) - SYNTHETIC, GLASS AND MINERAL FIBRES
(lines for production of filtration and insulation materials)
technologic lines for waste paper processing
- OCC
(complete lines for production of corrugated cardboards) - OMP
(complete lines for production of solid boards and schrenz) - ONP, OMG, OFW
(DIP lines for production of tissue and graphic papers) - lines for processing of LAMINATED papers (Tetrapak) and papers with increased WET STRENGTH
(for regeneration of fibres and their repeated utilisation in paper industry)
technologic lines for processing of rejects from water systems connected with first stage of waste treatment plant
ADVANTAGES OF TECHNOLOGIC LINES:
-
highly reliable and flexible operation - wide range of acceptable operating conditions
-
low demands on required M&R instrumentation - technology with self-regulatory ability
-
minimum requirements on operation - reliable and mostly fully automated operation of all machines
-
low energy consumption - ergonomic design of machines with rational utilisation of energy in those technological groups where this utilisation is most effective
-
ecological operation with minimum losses of fibres in rejects - usage of machines with excellent pulping and dispersing effects and technological principles minimizing loss of fibres
Company is not only a supplier of machines but it also supplies technological know-how resulting from systematic tests of new technological applications in its semi-operating test room. Consequently, guaranteed parameters are based on practical experience as an integral part of offered processing lines.
These lines are based on machinery manufactured by PAPCEL, a.s. For their completions we make use of subdeliveries of proven and reliable subcontractors with rich experience from paper industry.
There are described individual technological knots in the stock preparation line for the production of deinked pulp „DIP“ usable at the production of printing or sanitary papers. Waste papers ONP, OMG or OFW are mostly used as the raw material but it is also possible to process untraditional pulps as papers with increased wet strength and laminated papers of Tetrapack type.
