A. Results of inspection of the District Hygiene Office regarding workplace hygiene
Inspection (19. 10. 2011) reported following observations:
missing local exhaust systemof welding gasses and dust on the weld shops
missing possibility to clean eyes (eye shower) in the painting shop
in the area of dressing rooms (hygienic loop) is missing heated air supply
Afine (4.000,- CZK) and admin. fee (1.000,- CZK) was imposed.
Corrective actions:
welding gasses exhausts solved by local exhaust units
installation of the heated air source for the dress rooms was arranged
eye shower was installed at the painting shop
B. Results of the inspection of the District labor authority focused on respecting roles, principles and
legal requirements in the area of agency employment
Following observations were reported during the inspection (25.10. 2011):
the inspected person submitted document of training, from the document was however not clear which points of legal and health &
safety regulations were trained
the inspected person was not able to submit document of health ability to performposition of welder
Corrective actions:
the agency employee was repeatedly trained
the document of the health ability was ensured later-on and submitted
C. Results of inspection of the Czech Environmental Authority (of 3. 11. 2011) focused on air
contamination
During the inspection were verified following items:
1)
Combustion sources - emission limits, performedmeasurements and further conditions of running
2)
Use of coating compositions - classification of the source into the relevant category in line with regulation No. 337/2010 Sb.
3)
Management of the operational documentation regarding the contamination sources
It was stated by the authority that the contamination sources are operated in line with the legal requirements.
