Education and Training
Continuous improvement of our technological knowledge and language
skills were the focus areas for 2011 in Education. Part of the
organization educational needs was raised by constant changes in
legislation and periodical trainings required by law.
The training costs in 2011 reached 865.720 CZK in total, i.e. 4.008 CZK
per employee. In 2011 we were not able to cover part of these costs by
the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs grant „Vzdělávejte se!“ (Educate
Yourself!), as the company´s needs did not meet the grant´s conditions.
On the other hand we saved significant resources by taking part in
training projects offered by the Czech Industry and Transport
Association that offered a big variety of training programs free of charge
-
mostly fromFinance, HR, Quality and H&S departments.

Vzdělávání
Neustálé prohlubovaní technických i jazykových znalostí bylo našim
cílem pro vzdělávání v roce 2011. Zvýšená potřeba prohlubování
kvalifikace ve společnosti byla částečně způsobena opakovanými
legislativními změnami a povinnými školeními vyplývajícími ze zákona.
V roce 2011 tvořily náklady na vzdělávání celkem 865 720 Kč, tj.
v průměru 4 008 Kč na zaměstnance. Loni jsme nebyli schopni pokrýt
část těchto nákladů prostřednictvím grantu ministerstva práce a so-
ciálních věcí „Vzdělávejte se!“, jelikož potřeby společnosti se nesho-
dovaly s podmínkami pro udělení grantu. Nicméně se nám podařilo
ušetřit významnou část nákladů účastí ve vzdělávacích projektech
Svazu dopravy a průmyslu České republiky, která nabízí zdarma široké
spektrum školicích programů zaměřených hlavně na finance,
personalistiku, kvalitu a BOZP.
