This cleaner can be used for primary separation of the biggest coarse impurities in coarse contamined waste paper processing lines. It removes quite reliably coarse impurities even from very coarsely pulped thick stocks whereby it accepts also significant variations of input parameters.
 
These cleaners differ from each other in design, size and throughput and they can be operated either independently or in a multistage stations. According to their output body, they have an open design (VO) - impurities are discharged continuously into collecting piping - or closed design (VU) - provided with a collecting box from which the reject is discharged manually (M) or (MK) or automatically (A).
 
Deflaking separators VDT are designed for primary screening of waste paper stock together with deflaking of unpulped pieces of paper. Separators run continuously and are standardly equipped with screen PAPSCREEN - with a utility model protection. These screens can be delivered with bores of diameters of 1.8; 2.2 and 2.5 mm.

Pressure screen STU is designed for screening sections of stock preparation lines. Its main features are high capacity, very good screening efficiency, minimum loss of fibres in rejects and low demands on installation, attendance and servicing.
 
Sand separators are designed for separation of sand from the sediment pumped from the sand trap. Simultaneously they wash out the organic particles. The dimensions of the separator depend on the amount of pumped water-impurities mixture, in which we expect maximum share of solid particles up to 10 %.
 
Odlučovače písku OP se používají při odstraňování písků a větších nečistot v linkách silně znečištěného sběrového papíru bezprostředně za primárním třídicím stupněm (cleanerů) a následně kdekoli v průběhu třídění nečistot při nedostatečném vytřídění písků z papírenské látky. Poskytují podstatné zvýšení ochrany následujících strojních zařízení (čerpadel, sekundárních cleanerů apod.) před poškozením.
 
Washing separator VSV is designed for deflaking, final screening and washing of rejects coming from primary cleaners in waste paper processing lines. It runs periodically in prog-rammable mode comprising of following operations: water inlet, stock processing, deflaking, washing and reject discharge. It is not necessary to separate the washed reject, it must be only thickened - e.g. on the vibrating screen.
