a ovládanou osobou následující smlouvy:
a) Smlouva o půjčce uzavřena dne 08. 11. 2013 ve výši 130.000,- EUR
(propojená osoba jako dlužník).

a ovládanou osobou následující smlouvy:
a) Smlouva na zakázku L-2415-0-L uzavřená dne 12. 12. 2013.
Všechny výše uvedené smlouvy byly uzavřeny dle běžných podmínek.
Vypořádání uzavřených smluv bylo a je prováděno v souladu s dojednanými
podmínkami.
B. Jiná ujednání
Nebyly učiněny žádné jiné právní úkony učiněné v zájmu ovládající osoby,
anebo v zájmu jiných osob ovládaných ovládající osobou. Nebyla přijata
žádná opatření na popud nebo v zájmu ovládající osoby, a ani na popud
nebo v zájmu jiných osob ovládaných ovládající osobou.
C. Závěr
Na základě informací představenstva a jeho jednotlivých členů a z výše
uváděných údajů představenstvo konstatuje, že v rozhodném období
nevyplynula pro společnost žádná újma ze vztahů s ovládající osobou nebo
ze vztahů s propojenou osobou. Představenstvo dále konstatuje, že zpráva
je úplná.

and the controlled entity in 2013 were the following:
a) Order contract L-2415-0-Lconcluded on December 12, 2013.
All the above mentioned contracts and agreements were concluded in
accordance with standard conditions. The settlement of the contracts and
agreements has been carried out in accordance with the agreed terms.
B. Other agreements
There were no other legal acts taken to the interest of the controlling person
and/or to the interest of other persons controlled by the controlling person. There
were no measures accepted at the instance or to the interest of the controlling
person, or to the interest of the other persons controlled by the controlling
person.
C. Conclusion
Based on the information of the Board of Directors and its individual members
and from the above mentioned information, the Board of Directors states that
there was no detriment resulting for the company from the relations between the
controlling person or from the relations with the connected person during the
reviewed period. Furthermore, the Board of Directors notes that the report is
complete.
